Section A
Everything written into the contract before the first nail. Lines are itemized, not bundled.
Section B
Three lanes most artificial turf jobs fall into. Pick a lane on the walk-through; the budget follows.
1.75–2.25 inch pile with a tan thatch layer — looks identical to a freshly cut St. Augustine lawn.
Shorter pile, antimicrobial backing, and 100% permeable base for fast urine drainage.
Tournament-spec nylon turf with infill rolled to true ball roll.
Shock-pad underlayment certified to ASTM fall-height standards.
Section C

Cheap turf turns gray in three summers. We install only premium polyethylene blades with UV inhibitors warrantied for fade, mounted on dual-backing with polyurethane — not latex — so the seams don't separate. Sub-base is 3–4 inches of compacted decomposed granite for drainage, and silica-sand or coated-sand infill keeps blades upright and the surface cool.
Section D
Heat-reflective infill options — surface stays 15°F cooler
Hidden seams: cut, glued, and nailed — not just stapled
Engineered base with positive drainage — no puddling after Houston rains
Manufacturer and installation warranty
