Engineered hardwood
Real wood veneer over a stable plywood core. Best choice for slab foundations and Houston humidity.
03Track C
Porcelain and natural stone tile
Large-format porcelain, marble, travertine — installed with crack-isolation membranes and laser-leveled lippage.
04Track D
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP)
20-mil wear-layer waterproof planks. Pet-, kid-, and flood-tolerant; near-indistinguishable from real wood.

Materials & Method
Subfloor prep is where most installs fail. We laser-level slabs to within 1/8" over 10 feet, apply moisture barriers when readings demand it, and install uncoupling membranes under tile to prevent telegraphed cracks. Wear-layer thickness is the spec that matters on LVP — anything under 12 mil is residential-light-duty. On hardwood, factory UV-cured finishes outlast site-applied poly in high-traffic homes.
