From layout reworks to chef-grade gut remodels, we design kitchens that work as hard as you do.
Section A
Everything written into the contract before the first nail. Lines are itemized, not bundled.
Section B
Three lanes most kitchen remodeling jobs fall into. Pick a lane on the walk-through; the budget follows.
New paint, hardware, lighting, and backsplash on existing layout — fast, high-impact, lower budget.
Same footprint, brand-new cabinets, counters, and appliances. The sweet spot for most Houston homes.
Move walls, relocate plumbing, open to the living area, add an island. Full design and engineering included.
Down to the studs. Pro appliances, custom millwork, integrated lighting, and stone-slab finishes.
Section C

Cabinets set the tone — solid-wood shaker or flat-panel painted boxes hold up far better than thermofoil or MDF. Quartz resists stains and never needs sealing; quartzite and marble bring natural movement but want yearly care. We pair them with full-height tile or slab backsplashes, plywood-box construction with soft-close hardware, and 20-mil luxury vinyl, engineered hardwood, or large-format porcelain underfoot.
Section D
In-house cabinet, tile, plumbing, and electrical crews — no sub-of-a-sub markups
Design selections handled with you, not handed off to a third-party showroom
Realistic timelines: most pull-and-replace kitchens finish in 5–8 weeks
Workmanship warranty on every install we touch

Walk-throughs are on the house. We hand back measured drawings, a locked-in budget and a calendar before a single demo bag opens.
