Section B
Three lanes most hvac services jobs fall into. Pick a lane on the walk-through; the budget follows.
Outdoor condenser + indoor air handler — the standard Houston whole-home setup.
Single system for both heating and cooling. 30%+ efficiency gain over gas-furnace combos in mild Gulf winters.
Zoned comfort for additions, ADUs, garages, and rooms that always run hot or cold.
Top-tier comfort and humidity control — runs continuously at low speed instead of cycling.
Section C

Most Houston AC complaints are duct problems, not equipment problems. We use Manual J load calculations to right-size the unit (oversizing wrecks humidity control), Manual D to size ductwork, and mastic-seal every connection. R-8 insulated flex and rigid metal trunks beat the leaky R-6 most builders install. Pair that with a variable-speed compressor and a true humidistat-controlled thermostat, and the house actually feels comfortable at 76°F.
Section D
Manual J / D / S load calcs on every install — not rule-of-thumb sizing
Factory-authorized dealer for Trane, Carrier, and Mitsubishi
Duct testing and sealing included on system replacements
Parts and labor warranty options available
